Description
Pinotage and Pinot noir grapes were carefully selected and fermented for the rebate wine.
The heart of this distillate was aged exclusively in 300L French Oak barrels for at least 5 years during which the alcohol was gradually diluted with deionised water. The final product has and alcohol of 38% v/v and is blended from different barrels of different vintages of which the youngest component is matured for 5 years.
Deep, rich, and complex flavours of smoke, dried apricots, and oak, fill the mouth leading to a long and lingering finish.

Tasting Notes: Rich red fruit aromas with layers of spice and earthy undertones. Medium to full-bodied with a balanced finish.
