Description
J&G Colombar offers a clear, refreshing expression of Robertson Valley fruit from Goedverwacht Family Wines. Made entirely from Colombar grown on loamy soil, it is harvested in the cool early hours after selection in the vineyard. Clear juice is fermented in steel tanks before the wine is racked off the lees, stabilised and bottled.
Tasting Notes: Guava and passion fruit lift the nose and follow through on the palate. Crisp, well-balanced acidity brings a mouthwatering finish and keeps the fruit lively.
Food Pairings: Seafood, or enjoy it on its own.
Ordering note: Price displayed is per bottle. Wine is sold in a minimum of 6 bottles and in multiples of 6 thereafter.
