Description
Two wonderful blending partners- Cabernet for structure and Merlot for elegance. Soft tannins
support layers of flavours ranging from cassis to ripe plum and hits of dark chocolate in the background. Very accessible now, but will still improve with age.
Tasting Notes: Rich red fruit aromas with layers of spice and earthy undertones. Medium to full-bodied with a balanced finish.
Food Pairings: Grilled meats, lamb, rich stews, mature cheeses.
